Refund policy

Have you changed your mind about your purchase? No problem, returning it is very easy. 

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order to return the products you do not want. Remember that the products must be returned as they were delivered, that is, in their original packaging, without having been opened, damaged, or dirty.

As soon as we receive your products, we will check their condition and contact you to proceed with the refund.

In order for us to manage the return, please email us at sales@soberscents.us with all the details of your order, and we will tell you how to proceed.

The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of finalizing the order.

We will not refund the payment in the following cases:

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
• Products not purchased on the Sober Scents website.
• Used products whose packaging has been opened and/or tampered with.

In the event that the return is for reasons not attributable to the Sober Scents (due to an error when making the purchase or because after trying the 1 ml sample of your order, the fragrance does not convince you), you will have to bear the cost of the return. 

In the event that the return is for reasons attributable to the Sober Scents (defective product), we will be of the costs associated with this return.
